Summer Warehouse Worker- 2Nd Shift

Beechwood Sales & Service, a local Anheuser-Busch and craft beer distributor in New Berlin, WI, has an excellent opportunity for 2023 summer (seasonal) employment. We are currently looking to fill seasonal Warehouse Order Selector positions in our Warehouse Department. This individual is responsible for physically picking cases of beer onto pallets prepared for retail delivery. We will provide you valuable knowledge and experience in the beverage and distribution industry. We are looking for an energetic individual with a strong work ethic and a strong sense of responsibility to join and contribute to our team.This a great opportunity for college students interested in seasonal employment over their Summer break.

The starting pay is $20/hr.and will start Mid to end of May. The schedule for this position runs Monday- Friday afternoons, approximately 3:00 PM start time. This position typicallyends around/after Labor Day.

Essential Job Functions:

• Pick products throughout the warehouse for loads.
• Build mixed pallet orders for retail delivery.
• Load and unload trucks using ride-on pallet jack and forklift (we will train!).
• Stock warehouse in an efficient manner ensuring proper rotation of products.
• Able to work overtime when necessary.
• Additional duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Enthusiastic, high energy, andsomeone who is a self-starter
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Superior organization skills with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
• Must be able to lift, move, and place cases of product weighing up to 40 pounds on a repetitive basis

All candidates considered will have a background check, pre-employment drug screen, and a physical exam.
