Five Below Summer Internship Program is ON! Our limited open positions for Summer 2022 focus on company strategic initiatives in the exciting environment of value driven, fun-focused retail. We are seeking energetic, responsible go-getters with innovative ideas, ready to actively participate in company initiatives.

We LOVE our interns! Our internship is curated to deliver a rich learning experience for both personal and professional growth. Our program is hands on, participating in meaningful work that directly effects the company's success. You are an active contributor and valued as a part of your team!

The intern will be dedicated to the continued success and development of the HR Support Tool (Zendesk ticketing system) to drive system enhancements that support business priorities. They will accomplish this by focusing on ease of use, training materials, knowledge content, and overall employee experience. They will gain understanding of knowledge and procedural documents, analyzing research data, and utilizing various Excel functionality.

Responsibilities include:

• Content Evaluation and Development
  • Review all standard response templates and knowledge content with business owners
  • Develop content for areas of opportunity
  • Evaluate and revise end user training manual and video
• Voice of the Customer: Zendesk Crew Member Experience
  • Develop feedback questions and identify diverse population for feedback sessions
  • Arrange data into presentable and actionable format
  • Analyze data for areas of opportunity and research solutions
  • Develop roadmap for improvement actions, training, and communications
• Support system data integrity by preparing Excel data imports
  • Weekly ticket and user updates
  • A one-time "all user" update

Location:

In conjunction with WoWToWN's current Ways of Working in a world that looks a bit different, we intend to offer a hybrid program for our interns, ensuring both a flexible and immersive experience. Understand that some roles may require on sight participation due to the nature of the role, such as ShipCenters.

Internship Details:

• 10 weeks: June 5th - August 11th
• Full time - 40 hours/wk
• Paid - $15/hr
• WoWToWN based roles: Greater Philadelphia location - on site/office requirements vary by internship position but should be generally considered hybrid.
• ShipCenter based roles: Areas surrounding each location, on site program
• Hands on, results driven projects. No coffee fetching here!
• Strategic Project focused, coupled with day-to-day responsibilities

Requirements:

• Must be actively enrolled as a Sophomore - Senior in a relevant Bachelor's program.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office products & remote meeting software
• Must have availability for the full 10-week program as space is limited
• Must be a self-starter, highly passionate & detail oriented
• Active ability to problem solve & communicate effectively
