Position: Residential Therapist
Location: Crownsville, Maryland | Teen Residential Program | LEARN MORE HERE
In this position you are making a significant and direct impact on a generation who are growing up with addiction, trauma, and mental health disorders -They need support. Our programming is designed to meet adolescents where they are, and structure their care to individualized to who they are as a person. We know there are no cookie cutter solutions, so beyond individual therapy we are also providing, group therapy with their peers, family therapy, experiential/social activities, and life skill / academic development.
Responsibilities:
- You will oversee a small case load of clients for individual therapy and contribute to leading group therapy sessions
- You will participate in and support experiential activities with clients like hiking, yoga, gardening, and more
- You will work collaboratively with the medical and clinical teams to ensure a comprehensive treatment strategy for all clients
Schedule: Full Time | Wednesday to Saturday | 4 Day Work Week
Compensation: $69,000-88,000 Annual Salary + $5,000 Sign on Bonus

Training & Experience:
- Clinical Licensure is required (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) / Provisional Licenses will also be considered
- Previous experience with substance abuse treatment is required; preferred experience with a treatment facility in the detox, or residential setting.
