Position: Young Adult Outpatient Therapist - Substance Use & Mental Health Programming

In this position you are making a significant and direct impact on a generation who are living with addiction, trauma, and mental health disorders -They need support. Our programming is designed to meet young adults where they are, and structure their care to individualized to who they are as a person. We know there are no cookie cutter solutions, so beyond individual therapy we are also providing, group therapy with their peers, family therapy, sober living options, and life skill / career development.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee treatment and care of young adults seeking treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders
- Running 3-hour clinical groups 3 times a week, and providing individual therapy for clients in programming
- Overseeing treatment plans and progress for designated case load
Schedule: Full Time | Monday to Friday | 3 Evenings Per Week - No Weekends
Compensation: $57,000-73,000 Annual Salary + $2,000 Sign on Bonus

Training & Experience:
- Clinical Licensure is required (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) / Provisional Licenses will also be considered
- Previous experience with substance abuse treatment is required; preferred experience with a treatment facility in the detox, or residential setting.
