THE POSITION:

• Due to unprecedented growth, seeking to hire a Structural Engineer, specializing in foundations (and/or more specifically Helical Piles) to join our team. We are a manufacturer of a deep foundation support system. Looking for engineering support for our company and to help support our network of customers.

 
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in the Construction space. The responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:

• Work under an experienced professional engineer to perform assignments that require design, analysis, and calculations.
• Design of full foundation plans and details; perform full gravity and lateral calculations for structures.
• Apply standard engineering techniques for the design of foundations.
• Conduct structural observations/inspections of residential and commercial projects.
• Work closely with other team members.

 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a similar degree is required.
• A PE license is a huge plus, but not required.
• At least 5 years of working knowledge in structural – preferably specializing in the foundation.
• Being familiar with ISO is a plus.
• CAD experience is required; AutoCAD Proficiency is a plus.
