STRATEGIC INITIATIVES PROGRAM MANAGER - LENDING SOLUTIONS
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
This position will work directly with the Head of PB Strategy and Transformation and works closely with Division Administrative Manager, Head of PB Technology transformation, Credit administration, Risk and regional teams and is responsible for designing, implementing, management and maintenance of lending solutions for HNW/UHNW clients.This role will be critical in the Private Bank's strategy and transformation team and will spearhead the creation and implementation of the future roadmap for delivering a best in class lending experience for Private Banking clients on the enterprise's new loan origination platform.
Private Banking Division

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Responsible for defining and executing the customer journey for external customers and internal stakeholders, and supporting the division's lending solutions roadmap.
- Manages all aspects of the program delivery lifecycle from roadmap definition into a well-defined and managed solutions governance and delivery model that takes into account competing priorities, stakeholders, and third-party providers.
- Partners with Senior Private Banking Leadership, and Learning & Development on Change Strategy to communicate the benefit of, and encourage the adoption of, a best-in-class Lending Experience by customers and internal business teams alike.
- Work in close collaboration with credit team, CRM team, risk team and bankers to define the capabilities required in the loan origination platform that address the needs of Private Banking lending solutions.
- Work with nCino project team, technology team to ensure the project roadmap and subsequent delivery aligns with Private Banking requirement
- Build and track overall platform adoption KPIs and socialize with Private Bank leadership team
- Serve as a nCino evangelist within the Private Bank, to bring best practices to life, drive adoption and usage, and continuously enhance the performance of the platform and processes.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Must-Have*
- Master's Degree MBA, or other advanced degree
- 5-7 years of experience in Financial Services or Banking industries
- Experience working on commercial lending technology platforms
Skills and Knowledge
- MBA, or other advanced degrree
- 3-5 years of experience in large transformational projects
- 5 years of experience in Commercial lending
- Expert of working in an agile environment creating user stories and closely working with technical team members to clarify and articulate requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis Skills - Requirements analysis, Elicitation, Agile Methodologies
- At least 5 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
- At least 5 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
- Analytical and Communication skills
- Planning and Co-ordination skills, engage with stakeholders - risk management, compliance for their inputs and approval for the updates to the processes
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and an ability to bring clear direction in the face of uncertainty / ambiguity
- Demonstrated ability to Influence change, build relationships, communicate effectively, work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and deliver high caliber results.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Diverse problem solving experience
Compensation
Starting base salary: $101,231 - $172,355 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
