We are seeking a reliable and motivated Stocking Associate to join our team. As a Stocking Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our inventory is organized and readily available for our customers. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments
- Inspect and verify the accuracy of incoming merchandise
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas
- Maintain a clean and organized backroom environment
- Assist customers with locating items and providing exceptional customer service
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or stocking role is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual language skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
