STNA Training Program
STARTING MARCH 6TH, 2023
*** Upon successful completion of the training class, you will be offered Full-Time or Part-Time employment based on current availability ***
What will I do in this role with Judson?
- Participate in 3 weeks of training in the Earn & Learn Program beginning Monday, March 6th, 2023. The training will run from 4:00pm to 9:00pm, Monday through Friday split between on-line learning, on the floor practice, and classroom learning.
- Receive full-time wages while learning.
- The cost of the class and first test will be covered by Judson in return for commitment by you for one year of employment.
- Upon completion of the class, you will qualify to take the state licensing exam within 120 days to obtain your STNA license.
What will I earn?
- $11.00/hour while completing the training class.
- $15.00/hour after training until you pass the STNA test and receive your license
- $16.50/hour with shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift.
What do I need for this role with Judson?
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- No experience required.
