As a Staff Software Engineer you will play a critical role in Web Experiences Engineering group. We're looking for team-oriented problem solver, teach lead and excellent communicator, skilled in all levels of web architecture with a passion to learn and grow with technologies in the bigger team. You'll also work cross functionally to deliver innovative software solutions to both internal and external developers and customers with technical excellences.

Design and implement highly innovative interactive cloud/web-based applications UIs with high performance and quality
Design and architect tools, libraries, and frameworks with long term platform mindset thinking for high modularity, extensibility, configurability and maintainability
Coordinate and work cross functionally to improve architecture, developing process and mentoring junior member in the team
Evaluate and apply new technology and innovation to continuously improve platform capability and functionality
Design and deliver outstanding experience for our customers
To be successful in this role you have:
- 7+ years of software research and development experiences
- Passion for software development and problem solving
- Significant experience designing and implementing highly interactive high performant user interfaces with high scalability and quality
- Solid expertise in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns and Cloud/Web technologies
- Expertise working with JavaScript libraries such as React, Redux, AngularJS, Bootstrap, Node.js, Vue.js, ES6 and later
- Experience with AJAX, JSON, HTML5, XML, CSS3, REST, GraphQL and associated frameworks
- Experience with Java 8 or a similar OO language
- Experience with relational databases and SQL
- Experience with open source technologies like Linux, Apache/Tomcat and MySQL

For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $136,800 - $239,400, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location. For individuals who will be working in the Bay Area, there is a pay enhancement for positions located in that geographical area; please contact your recruiter for additional information.
