Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous professional to join our team as a full-time associate. The ideal candidate must possess self-motivation, exceptional critical thinking skills, and a positive attitude. They must also be able to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks while ensuring high-quality work. As a member of our accounting team, this individual will work under the guidance of our Controller and play an active role in contributing to the team's success.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to mid-level general ledger account reconciliations, accurate reporting, and data verification, enabling senior staff to analyze options and make some financial decisions aligned with company objectives. Maintain and execute various financial procedures, which may include: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, sales tax returns, general ledger entries, fixed asset ledger, and bank reconciliations—data entry into Microsoft applications and accounting software. Support timely monthly financial close, including assigned journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, and accruals.
Requirements
· Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM
· Bachelor’s Degree required
· 1-2 years of Accounting experience required
· Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail is a must
· Proficient in MS Office
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Knowledge of NetSuite (ERP system) a plus
