Staff Accountant Bookkeeper

We are a small Bookkeeping Firm located in Florham Park, NJ that is growing and we are looking for a detail oriented Bookkeeping Associate.

We need a technically proficient candidate who has 2 plus years experience with QuickBooks and who loves to continue learning and helping keep our clients stay on top of their financial results.

We are a very casual office environment and flexible.

Qualifications:

• Experience (2 plus years) in Bookkeeping and QuickBooks Online & Desktop
• Eager to learn and grow professionally
• Detail oriented
• Experience in Excel
• Experience in Outlook
• Good time management and organization skills
• Computer savvy
• You will have several assigned clients' accounts and will need to manage them in excellence and on time!
• Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, QuickBooks reports, payroll, and other accounting tasks.
