ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking an experienced Sr. UX Designer who will partner with the product team and cross-functional stakeholders to create a consumer-grade experience for our users. You will work on enhancing internal tools and creating customer/partner facing portals to develop logistics products that cater to the needs of the market. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will determine the strategy and where to simplify experiences to develop a streamlined user-journey. Your role will involve deep market research, understanding customer needs, and translating them into UIs. You will be a vocal advocate for the customers, and work on multiple initiatives concurrently.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Essential activities include but are not limited to:

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify market trends, customer pain points, and competitor offerings in the logistics industry.

- Analyze market data, customer feedback, user-journey and industry insights to identify new product opportunities and make data-driven decisions.

- Iterating UX mocks quickly based on user-studies and feedback.

- Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate product requirements into well-defined UIs.

- Champion user-centered design culture. Drive creative processes and collaboration with cross-functional partners to propose new ideas and strategies.

- Continuously gather customer feedback, market insights, and industry trends to refine and enhance logistics products.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree.

- 5+ years of experience as a Sr. UX Designer, preferably within both startup and complex environments

- Experience with UX designs and complex workflows

- Experience conducting market research and usability studies, and creating journey maps

- Experience working on design tools such as Figma, Omnigraffle etc.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience designing customer-facing products.

- Experience in driving UX frameworks and architectures in ambiguous environments
