In this role, you will
- Communicate with clients to gain an in-depth understanding of their business, processes, and services
- Build a strong relationship with the stakeholders and direct them toward maximizing business value
- Analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions
- Analyze, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to optimize business processes
- Participate actively in business analysis activities during project definition sessions and take high-level business requirements from key stakeholders
- Facilitate Design Thinking workshops with clients and cross-functional teams to ideate, prototype, and iterate solutions
- Facilitate requirements elicitation meetings and drive consensus
- Working closely with the Design team for the preparation of user research
- Partner with solutions architects to analyze and document the business requirements
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to define business requirements and design technology solutions
- Work with the project management team to ensure quality and on-time delivery of projects by monitoring progress and managing risks and issues
- Produce and maintain project documentation such as project charters, business requirements, functional specifications, functional requirements, diagrams, etc.
- Create clear, concise, testable Epics & User Stories, with acceptance criteria using both positive and negative outcome scenarios
- Support product owners to scope and prioritize stories to ensure the development process is aligned with the objectives
- Validate the requirements with the development team
- Lead SCRUM meetings such as sprint plannings, backlog refinement, and estimation
- Work in the squad to understand the velocity and priorities and support the activity required to complete the sprint/increment objectives
- Be the first point of contact for answering the team's questions

- Minimum 5 years of experience
