The Senior Program Manager is responsible for supporting existing strategic and national accounts contract management and operations, assisting in identifying new relationship opportunities, and servicing accounts assigned to them. The primary focus of the position is to support leadership in developing a strong industry presence for Brightspeed in the highly competitive Single Family Home (SFH) and Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) landscape to achieve a desired Return on Investments (ROI), profitability and meet specified performance standards and growth of Brightspeed Fiber solutions.
the Responsibilities of the Sr Program Manager, Strategic Accounts and Operations include, but not limited to:
- Supports prospecting, lead generation and sales-related activities for key accounts and implements programs to build and maintain relationships with key accounts across the national accounts landscape.
- Works with developers, HOA's, end user customers, finance, sales engineering, and construction teams to perform success-based capital evaluations and solutions.
- Maintains overall communication and throughout the development life cycle.
- Supports the development of competitive technology solutions that accomplish stated strategic sales goals objectives to drive contract acquisition and Brightspeed fiber penetration.
- Demonstrates action-oriented operations support and problem-solving abilities to overcome onboarding and operational challenges.
- Develops integrated program plans and growth initiatives across cross-functional teams that foster teamwork and standardize processes and procedures.
- Coordinates projects and programs across multiple business groups to ensure timely delivery of programs within specified capital allocations.
- Understands, evaluates, and balances Brightspeed's ability to deliver new products, services, and technologies within budgetary and scheduling guidelines.
- Effectively communicates program status, risks, and issues to leadership, and presents options and recommendations for resolution.
- Supports cross functional alignment, operations, tracking, reporting, and external compensation for strategic and national accounts.
- Ensures the successful transition of successfully vetted opportunities to Brightspeed regional sales teams.
WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Business, Communications, or similar) or equivalent years of sales, customer success program management and/or property project management and operations work experience.
- Demonstrated experience in program implementation and working with single family and/or multi-family home national developers, builders and property management companies.
- Strong history and understanding of residential and/or small business internet and voice solutions.
- Demonstrated professionalism and ability to work independently with cross-functional, virtual teams with minimal supervision.
- Ability to identify trends, assess knowledge gaps and communicate recommendations for improvement to a leadership audience.
- Strength in creating and delivering consultant-level project plans and presentations
- Action-oriented and creative thinker who can focus on detailed implementation and execution.
- Outstanding organization and time management skills; a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives independently in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to effectively operate within diverse and cross-functional groups.
- Ability to travel at times throughout a multi-state territory.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record (MVR check may be required)
