Reports to: Manager, Digital Media
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Directs the Media Agency in day-to-day management and optimization of performance media programs, including paid search (text search and shopping) and retargeting (display and paid social)
- Manages daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal, and annual performance reporting for Search and Retargeting channels across key KPIs (i.e., spend, demand, ROAS, CPC, CPM, etc.)
- In partnership with Media Agency, outlines and supports strategic initiatives and testing roadmaps for Paid Search and Retargeting programs.
- Performs outward forecasting, projections, and scenario planning related to sales/demand/ROAS across channels at the weekly/monthly/quarterly level
- Acts as a leader and main point of contact for the media agency, external vendors and internal partners.
- Manages and reports out monthly industry summaries based on trends and industry changes
- Manages the product feed used in Shopping and Retargeting ads, working with internal and external partners to maintain and enhance the feed.
- Leverages and reports on industry trends, technology changes, and ensures DSW is setup for success within the ever-changing environment
- Project manages creative needs related to channels with internal and cross functional teams
- Ensures channels are supporting overall business strategy and goals
- Manages expense related to channels and campaigns and can effectively manage a set budget
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Experience managing Paid Search, including both text and shopping with experience in retail/DTC preferred.
- Prefer experience with Retargeting programs with an emphasis in paid social channels (specifically Meta)
- High degree of accountability and responsibility in managing high-profil work
- Strong financial acumen and data analysis capabilities
- Comfortable reporting, analyzing, and making recommendations/decisions based on data insights
- A love of data and attention to detail - highly organized and analytical
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences. Ability to translate complex media channels to leadership and/or non-media savvy audiences
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Experience scenario planning and projecting financial metrics for performance media channels
- Ability to build strong relationships and manage work in a fully remote environment

Qualifications
Minimum Experience:
- 5 years' marketing experience in relevant paid media channels
- Experience managing multiple and complex campaigns at one time
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Retail
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field
