Sr. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator - Remote Work Eligible

The Business Applications Analyst for Dynamics will be responsible for the engineering and operations of SNC's ECRM/Microsoft Dynamics 365 cloud solution. This individual will also work closely with business partners, cyber security, enterprise architecture, and other teams to ensure services are designed to meet the needs of SNC while adhering to security and compliance requirements.

Must Haves:

• BA/BS in Computer Information Systems or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience.
• Typically, 10 or more years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
• 3+ years of experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (preferably in a GCC High environment)
• 3+ years of experience with Azure Services, SharePoint Online, and Power Automate (preferably in a GCC High environment)
• Knowledge of database modeling, management, and retrieval (Microsoft SQL Server)
• Support Service Oriented Architecture and other integration technologies
• Web technologies, mobile applications, databases and cloud-based web applications (e.g. Azure, AWS, etc...)
• Experience with multiple development platforms and service models preferred
• Ability to deal with the ambiguity associated with working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of IT Service Management best practices such as ITIL
• Strong sense of customer/solution ownership and an overall drive for excellence

Preferred:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
• Experience with Microsoft DevOps / GitHub
• Experience with PowerShell and JavaScript scripting
• Experience with IIS and web application administration
• Comprehensive troubleshooting skills of various Microsoft 365 software products

Estimated Starting Salary: $88,499.72 - $121,687.12

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $109,592.82 - $150,690.13

SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
