If so, we are looking for someone just like you. A strategic, data-driven, and creative customer acquisition leader who's genuinely excited to join one of the fastest-growing DTC brands out there. This is an amazing opportunity to help us drive profitable growth across markets (190 countries worldwide) and sales channels (e.g., website, app, Amazon, retail, etc.) In this role, you'll be managing an 8-9 figures marketing budget, running media across all marketing channels, leading a team of internal employees & agency partners, and working directly with the company's president and leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that drives revenue profitably
- Manage and optimize all aspects of acquisition ad spend (e.g., budgeting, testing, etc.)
- Oversee a team of direct reports & agencies
- Develop and execute paid media campaigns across marketing channels (e.g., social media, search, TV, podcast, direct mail, etc.)
- Establish a comprehensive marketing measurement framework to optimize the media mix
- Develop a comprehensive creative strategy to unlock efficient scale
- Closely collaborate with XFN teams (e.g., product, finance, ops, etc.)
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in customer acquisition and growth marketing
- Experience leading and managing teams
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions
- Proven track record of driving profitable revenue through growth initiatives
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention
- Solid experience with paid media (direct paid social experience is a must)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in the e-commerce industry
Annual base salary range: $160,000 - $200,000
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
