Sr. Coordinator, Marketing (Rise Records)
Los Angeles, California
As part of the marketing department at Rise Records, you will provide major support behind the organization of our artist release campaigns, as well as help manage our webstore and our online presence. You will do so under the guidance of the product managers and digital marketing team.
You will have the opportunity to work with all ends of the rock spectrum - metal, punk, alternative rock and more. This role is in a fast-paced environment and will require working in true synergy with multiple departments from digital, sales, international and more.
What You'll Be Doing.
- Provide operational support to the Product Managers and VP of Rise Records
- Provide support across each release - creating links, aggregating information and updates both internally and to external third parties (managers, clients, etc)
- Upload and maintain organization of assets to Marketing Mix and other file sharing systems
- Interface with the production department to schedule releases and update product release timelines
- Work with our social media manager to create posting schedules and timelines, with copy and correct links, etc
- Coordinate domestic and international shipping of promo items (vinyl/cd, posters, stickers, etc.)
- Assist with special events as needed (showcases, listening events, album release parties)
Must-Haves
- You have an interest and experience with marketing, merch and social media in the entertainment space
- You are familiar with a variety of music genres & streaming platforms .
- You are proficienct with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Dropbox/file sharing, streaming platforms, and the internet.
- You have excellent communication skills and ability to use discretion in communicating with internal and external parties.
- You hold the ability to maintain confidentiality of high-profile projects and assets at all times.

Pay Range
$47,000 - $53,000 per annum
The pay range listed above is dependent upon factors such as work experience, qualifications and business needs. In addition to the range above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and applicable benefits.
