Responsible for leading and overseeing the measures for the High Impact and Physical Security NERC CIP compliance program, and providing specialized support for Infrastructure operational technology systems. Architects, assesses, and leads development of technology programs, procedures, and supporting documentation. Serve as senior support expert for operational technology system, cybersecurity, change management, and access control. Serve as a primary contact for business with FERC, NERC, and SERC entities. Must demonstrate attention to detail and possess all the skill sets defined in Specialist III position as well as in-depth knowledge of the NERC CIP requirements. This position may direct or train Compliance Specialist I or II.Essential Tasks: Oversee and direct changes to High Impact and PACS compliance program documentation(i.e. procedures, workflows, matrixes, etc.). Manage collection, updating, and archival of ongoing compliance evidence. Coordinate compliance activities including identifying, recommending, and implementing process improvements. Executes, defines and provides direction for internal functional processes and procedures improvements. Attend and serve as primary lead, Industry Subject Matter Expert (ISME) and department representative for meetings, planning, discussions, etc. related to Infrastructure operational technology and its NERC CIP compliance program. Collaborates with other business partners to guide technology integration and adherence to compliance program. Oversees response and action items required to validate that audit findings, work management actions, recurring compliance activities, and data responses are met. Provide operational technology support and architectural design for cybersecurity, network, access control, change management, and corporate integration systems. Serve as lead cybersecurity and network engineer for Infrastructure operational technologies. Lead change management, restoration, access control, and cybervulnerability assessments. Serve as the primary department coordinator for triennial and spot-check regulatory audits. Coordinate logistical, planning, evidence collection, and presentation activities for tasks representing Infrastructure systems.
