Ethos is a fast growing company in the exciting insurance investigative industry. As a Special Investigations Unit Team Lead, you will bring improvements, oversight and leadership to our claims' investigations, case management, communications and report finishing.
As an SIU Team Lead you will oversee a team of SIU coordinators, schedule, coordinate, prepare and monitor the assignments of our field investigators. You will review and/or edit written reports and recordings to ensure quality. Updating and communicating with clients, creating invoices, monitoring costs, and cross selling other services when opportunities arise, are also a part of this position. You will also train new hires and communicate with other departments including sales and operations managers for strategic game-planning of assignments/tasks.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and an analytical mind, be a quick-thinking problem solver and possess superb written and verbal communication skills. You should have strong computer and internet skills, an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, preferably in criminal justice or a related field, a Florida 6-20 adjuster's license, and being Spanish bi-lingual is a plus.
