Southbury EMT

Salary: $22.50 - $27.50/hr

EMTs at our Southbury Ambulance staffing site work 12, 10 or 24-hour shifts on an ALS or BLS ambulance and provide only 911 responses (no transfers). Crews staff out of a comfortable and well-appointed station (no posting). The call volume for the entire town is about 3300 calls, which is split between 3 ambulances during the day and 2 at night. Charting is done with Zoll/EMS charts. Full-time employees can be accommodated with either a fixed weekly schedule or a rotating schedule. There is no limit on mutual shift swaps.
