Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD models and drawings using SolidWorks.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, as well as reverse engineer parts to develop accurate drawings
- Conduct research to gather technical information for design projects
- Prepare technical documentation, including assembly instructions and technical reports
- Assist in the development of new product concepts and prototypes
- Review and modify existing designs to improve functionality and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Experience:
- Proven experience as a CAD Designer or similar role
- Proficient in SolidWorks
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles
- Familiarity with technical writing and documentation practices
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
