- Design, code, unit test and debug software
- Write or participate in code documentation
- Execute software engineering / technical assignments that involve technical analysis/programming
- Participate in software peer code reviews
- Work with engineering managers/technical leads and other immediate team members on product designs
- Maintain and build slot machine labs
Required Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a University level Computer Science or related program
- Some experience in C++ and/or C# .NET, and JavaScript software development
- Time management skills
- Knowledge of version control management systems (Perforce and Git)
- Communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Proficient in English
- Thinking outside of the box solutions
- Some knowledge of building PC or related hardware
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in C#
- Experience in modern C++ techniques
- Experience in JavaScript / Angular
- SQL and database experience

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $23.50 to $33.27 an hour. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
