Software Development Intern

Credit Solutions, of Lexington, KY is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Software Development Intern. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, documenting, and implementing software programs, as well as creating and preparing reports to help the company track performance and KPIs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Write, test, document, and maintain software programs and applications
• Prepare and present data-driven reports to support business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery of software solutions
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and programming languages
• Update the company intranet

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong programming skills, including experience with one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Web Development background a plus (PHP, MySQL, Apache)
• SQL experience a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

SCHEDULE

This is a part-time, paid internship with a weekly commitment of 15-20 hours. Remote work is possible for this role.
