THIS POSITION IS MONDAY - FRIDAY 8:30 - 5:00PM
Position summary: Provides outpatient psychosocial services to adults living with cancer and their loved ones. This includes
psychosocial screening, assessment of needs, and clinical interventions such as crisis management, problem
solving strategies, grief work, and psychoeducation. Facilitate family meetings as needed, provides information
and referrals to community resources, and conducts advanced care planning consults. Facilitates support
groups and educational programs for the community. Works collaboratively with members of a multidisciplinary
team. May perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications: Current LCSW License. Masters Degree in Social Work. One year experience working in oncology with a multi-disciplinary team.
Preferred Qualifications: Oncology Social Work Certification (OSW-C). Palliative Care experience and bilingual Spanish/English fluency.
Salary range; $42.73 - 60.13 hourly. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
