Job Description
THE COLLECTION, South Florida’s foremost luxury automotive dealership, is now seeking a Social Media Specialist to manage all of the company’s accounts.
We are looking for a rounded individual with social media management and content creation experience, who is digitally savvy, outgoing, proactive, and forward thinking with excellent written and oral communication skills and a high level of organization. The Social Media Specialist is responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, to build an audience and maintain real time customer engagement. This individual will monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments, and oversee creative design and development. The individual will also evaluate and respond to all sponsorship and donation requests. In addition to regular business hours, the Social Media Specialist must be open to working promotional events – nights and weekends included.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute social media strategies that build brand awareness, generate inbound traffic and increase sales.
- Stay on top of current social media trends, insights from content, and best practices.
- Research new social marketing platforms and adopt new ones based on business needs.
- Manage Facebook Advertising partner: Method Groupe and Constellation
- Create, publish, and share content daily (or multiple times per day) across various platforms.
- Generate and follow a content calendar.
- Mastermind monthly photo shoot to create lifestyle imagery.
- Manage photography partners and provide on-site management at all shoots.
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with community members using platform technology like messaging, mentions, or comments.
- Solicit and manage user-generated content and relationships with influencers.
- Ensure a consistent brand presence, personality, and voice across all adopted social media platforms.
- Act as the face of the brand on social media, responding to all feedback, reviews, comments, and mentions.
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign results.
- Initial evaluation and response to all sponsorship/donation requests
- Weekend loan donation baskets and loans
- Marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Snap Chat and TikTok
- Proficiency with computers, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PhotoShop and Windows software
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills – both written and oral
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in developing and executing Social Media marketing strategies
- Relevant product and luxury industry knowledge
