Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Social Media Worker to join our team at Fairview Skilled Rehab Nursing Home. The Social Media Worker will be responsible for managing and maintaining the nursing home's social media presence, creating engaging content and building a positive online reputation for the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the nursing home's mission and goals
• Manage and update the nursing home's various social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
• Create and curate engaging and informative content, including text, images, and videos
• Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages in a timely manner
• Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with other departments within the nursing home to promote events and activities
• Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in social media management or a related field
• Proven track record of creating and implementing successful social media campaigns
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience using social media management and analytics tools
• Experience in healthcare or senior care is a plus
• A relevant bachelor's degree is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $26.07 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
