Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing within the health and wellness industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health, wellness, and fitness, and a keen interest in the benefits and management of weight loss treatments like Semaglutide.
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content for our Social Media platforms, including healthy recipes, fitness tips, health tips, and informative posts about Semaglutide and its benefits for weight loss.
- Develop strategies to increase our Social Media presence and engage with our community, encouraging conversations around health, weight loss, and wellness.
- Respond promptly and professionally to questions and comments on our Social Media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram, providing accurate information and support to our followers.
- Build an audience and launch promotional videos/content on TikTok.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement Social Media campaigns that align with our clinic's goals and values.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in Social Media and health and wellness to ensure our content is relevant and informative.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of Social Media metrics to gauge the success of our content and strategies, making recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of Social Media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram, and their analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and grammatically correct content.
A passion for health, wellness, and fitness, with a keen interest in learning about medical weight loss treatments.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.

Location: Omaha - Remote
Commitment: Part-time, around 10 total hours per week or as-needed
Compensation: $100 per week + bonus + commissions (up to $2000 per month)
This is a 1099 contractor position. You will be paid in full and are responsible for paying taxes.
