Social Media Coordinator, Keybank Center

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Social Media Coordinator to join our team at  KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for engaging with the local community and facilitating marketing campaigns on a variety of platforms. This is an on-site position. Applicant will be expected to be present for Buffalo Sabres games.

Delaware North operates concessions, clubs, and suites for the NHL's Buffalo Sabres at KeyBank Center and has been a partner of the Sabres since 1970, the year the team was founded. We manage concession outlets, suites, and clubs, including a members-only fine dining restaurant, at the 19,200-seat arena.

• Create and execute marketing content strategies using a range of Social Media channels
• Report Social Media engagement results regularly to the leadership team
• Adhere to company Social Media compliance standards and policies
• Establish key local community marketing relationships such as destination marketing organizations

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent work experience required
• Excellent working knowledge of Social Media platforms
• Strong photography and videography skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
