We are looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable people with a passion for fitness to join our SLTeam! Our training program will teach you everything you need to know about the SLT method, the Megaformer and how to teach and motivate clients to strengthen, lengthen, and tone their bodies. Our unique classes are high energy, low impact and full body. The combination of strength training, Pilates, and cardio will leave you shaking, sweating, and completely addicted.

TRAINING PROGRAM DETAILS

We will be hosting open auditions on Sunday, February 26th, 3:30-5:30pm, and Monday, February 27th from 7:30-9:30PM at SLT Tread for ALL of our studio regions.

This is the quickest way to fast-track your SLT experience and meet the SLTeam. Our next Instructor Intensive is slated for early March 2023 during the week of MON 3/6 through FRI 3/10 from 1:00-5:15PM everyday. Once a trainee auditions and is accepted, they are then expected to attend a mandatory week-long intensive training. After that, trainees are expected to practice at least 3x a week practicing with their mentor and holding mock classes. All trainees are expected to be able to dedicate a minimum of 6 hours per week with their assigned Mentor/Master Instructor throughout the duration of their training.

The entire training process, beginning to end, will last approximately 6-10 weeks.

We are looking for instructors who have previous experience instructing fitness classes.
