Compensation: 23.00 / Hour
Shift: Swing: 1300 to 2100: Monday to Friday.

• You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You are excellent in having attention to detail, as you conduct constant vehicle patrols.
• You operate vehicle in a safe manner, and keep it maintained.
• Your ability to communicate by phone, in-person, or written is second to none.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You're good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• This position supervises shift supervisors and/or security officers.
• Ensure that GardaWorld Security core values are integrated into and throughout all business practices
• Supervise the day-to-day security service provided to the facility and ensure service is of the highest standards - capable of representing GardaWorld as the premier provider of security services in the industry
• Assist in the development and implementation of staffing schedules, payroll, and other reports
• Ensure that operational logs, records and post orders are maintained appropriately.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with client and employees and serve as the liaison between GardaWorld, our client, and our assigned staff
• Assist in the selection, orientation, training, and continual development of staff assigned to the account
• Maintain goal of zero safety incidents, while at the same time managing a robust safety culture and a robust safety program that is appropriate to the operating environments
• Regularly review security officer schedules and staffing levels to identify opportunities for improvement of security operations, decreased risk, and reduced cost where possible
• Be ready to respond to any operational emergency and insure timely response, timely and efficient communications and accurate reporting.
• Your background:
• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• You have a valid PILB in hand.
• You can stand, walk, and sit throughout your shift.
• You are at least 21 years of age by applicable laws and contractual obligations.
• You have at least 3 years of security experience, especially in a commercial environment.
• You are a U.S. Citizen or Naturalized.
• You have a valid DL and a clean driving record.
• 2 years' experience in a fast paced, complex environment, as a supervisor.
• Results and people oriented but can balance business considerations.
• Display process driven mentality.
• Highly organized.
• Self-motivated and displays a high sense of urgency.
• Stable progressive work history.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Acts with integrity.
• Resilient and Adaptable.

• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships at all levels.
• Not afraid to roll up sleeves and get involved in every aspect of the business.
• Must successfully pass an extensive background screening which may include criminal record checks (local, state and federal), drug test, skills assessment test, interviews, and personality profile.
• Negative result on pre-employment drug screen.
