Site Manager - 2nd shift
Developmental Brain Injury Division (DBIS)

Our DBIS staff are professional team members responsible for supporting each individuals right to live a safe, enjoyable, meaningful life at home and in the community. As cooperative team members, we support environments that foster creative opportunities for the changing needs and desires of the people we serve.Responsibilities:The Site Manager will work collaboratively with the Program Director to manage a residential program. You are the go-to person for the day to day operations of the program. You will work side by side with direct care staff providing tasks associated with daily client care.You and the staff assist residents with ADL's (activities of daily living); drive clients to appointments, errands, and to community events. Complete daily shift notes; data and any other individual record keeping that may be assigned. You will also have an active role with the development and implementation of individual support goals
Fulltime Position Available:
WHAT WE OFFER:We offer a starting salary range of $35,500-$37,500- plus a $1.00 wage differential for Medication Administration Program (MAP) certification. We provide paid orientation and training for certification in Medication Administration Program (MAP), CPR & First Aid, and Proactive Approaches to Behavioral Challenges (PABC) if applicable.We believe in a healthy balance between work and the rest of your life. - Wednesday 3pm-11pm; Thursday 3pm-11pm; Friday 3pm-11pm; Saturday 7am-11pm
- On-call rotation may be included.
