Singing Server/Waiter & Supervisors

Team Members must be comfortable assisting operations in all aspects including, but not limited to: show/set prep, front facing guest services and successful execution of performances. A flexible schedule is preferred, but not absolutely necessary.

Both Full Time and Part Time work are available. Roles will have scripts to work off of and crowd work with the guests. Prior experience with improv or interactive children's theater are a plus.

Please include areas of expertise (your bread and butter of what you usually "do") and all special skills that could be performed on buses/boats and on the sidewalk.

Supervisor Responsibilities:

-Coordinate daily schedules and ensure appropriate coverage for staff

-Coordinate and confirm daily catering pick up

-Ensure all materials needed for the day are sent with the Tea bus

-Provide relief where needed amongst staff

-Jump in to help cover any call outs.

-Assist with ticket scanning and customer boarding

-Report any inventory/bus needs

Server Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their dining experience
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Assist with food preparation and help in the kitchen as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent guest service

-Provide consistent vocals while narrating the sights on the trip through Philadelphia

Experience:

- Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of culinary terminology and food preparation techniques is beneficial
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience for guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area

-Performance background with at least 3 years of performance experience.
