Simultaneous Interpreters needed

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Interpreter to join our team. As an Interpreter, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between individuals who speak different languages or use different forms of communication, such as Korean, French, Arabic, Japanese, Mayan, Cantonese, Mandarin, Tagalog, Spanish, Russian, Vietnamese and American Sign Language. Your ability to accurately interpret and translate spoken or signed language will be essential in ensuring effective communication and understanding.

Responsibilities:
- Provide interpretation services during meetings, conferences, interviews, and other events
- Interpret spoken language or translate written documents from one language to another
- Facilitate communication between individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing and those who can hear
- Adapt interpretation style and techniques to meet the needs of different individuals and situations
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality while interpreting sensitive information
- Stay updated on industry terminology and trends to ensure accurate interpretation
- Collaborate with other interpreters and professionals to ensure effective communication

Qualifications:
- Fluency in multiple languages, including proficiency in English and at least one other language
- Strong knowledge of Korean, French, Arabic, Japanese, Mayan, Cantonese, Mandarin, Tagalog, Spanish, Russian, Vietnamese and ASL
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in all languages being interpreted
- Knowledge of linguistic and cultural nuances to accurately interpret meaning
- Ability to quickly comprehend spoken or signed language and convey the message accurately
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and colleagues
- Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
