As a Showroom Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays to showcase products in a showroom setting. Your role involves designing layouts, arranging products, and maintaining the overall aesthetics of the showroom to attract customers and enhance their shopping experience. You will collaborate closely with sales teams and product managers to ensure that merchandise is presented effectively and aligned with marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Designing and arranging product displays to maximize visual impact and sales potential.

2. Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the showroom to create an inviting atmosphere.

3. Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating restocking activities as needed.

4. Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer preferences and adapt displays accordingly.

5. Implementing promotional strategies and seasonal themes to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.

6. Providing feedback to management on customer preferences, product performance, and showroom layout effectiveness.

7. Staying informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to inform merchandising decisions.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in merchandising or visual display roles, preferably in a retail or showroom environment.

2. Strong creative abilities with an eye for design and aesthetics.

3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

5. Knowledge of merchandising principles and techniques, including product placement and signage.

6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

7. Proficiency in using relevant software tools for designing layouts and creating visual displays (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
