How You’ll Thrive:
We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent customer service skills, team training abilities, excellent attention to detail, knowledge of computerized registers, and cash handling experience. The ideal candidate will have innate self-confidence that allows for the success of others, as well as excellent time management and personnel management skills.
A Day in the Life:
- Work with the Store Manager to create success and satisfaction for team members through training support and skill development.
- Build a positive work environment that supports and uplifts team members and customers.
- Assist team members in completing their job responsibilities accurately and efficiently in any department as needed.
- Maintain awareness of scheduling needs, theft prevention, fraud and shrink, and complete merchandising tasks.
- Maintain product availability, freshness, and store cleanliness.
- Ensure excellent customer service by cultivating genuine compassion and a desire to help people.
- Complete daily tasks that include standing for long periods of time, as well as repetitive lifting and bending.
- Perform other duties throughout the store as assigned or needed.
Availability and Compensation:
- Part-time, Monday - Friday availability and ability to work any time on Saturdays
- Hourly, DOE
