Position Overview: Responsible for installation, customer service and customer training of all AED products, Care Service products.
Work Description:
- Participate in equipment assembly and testing at our production facility in Kent, WA.
- Oversee equipment breakdown and packaging for shipment.
- On-Site insulation of equipment and customer training for maintenance and operation.
- Technical assistance for existing equipment, either over the phone of in person.
- Determination and documentation of any replacement parts required for existing equipment.
- Interface with Engineering regarding equipment improvements.
- Participate in preparation of manuals and other documentation.
- Participate in Care Technical service-related issues.
Travel:
- Travel averages 50% of time.
- On-site installations typically run 1-2 weeks, with a rare need for additional time.
- Must be able to travel internationally.
- Advance notice of travel is typically 2-3 weeks, with occasional trips at shorter notice.
Competencies:

- Strong technical diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of PLC's.
- Experience working with various types of equipment.
- Knowledge of electronics, and reading schematic's.
- Ability to manage short - and long - term projects concurrently, and work in a fast - paced environment.
- Strong Customer Service skills.
- Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and work with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of PLC's and electrical engineering.
- Knowledge of Rockwell products.
- Basic Computer Skills including MS Office Suite.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of related experience.
- Forklift and Hoist Certifications.
- Associates Degree in related technical field or Technical Certifications are a plus.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Valid Passport.
Physical Demands:
- Lifting up to 75 pounds.
- Other physical activity include sitting, standing, reaching, grasping, kneeling and bending.
