Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, relationship oriented individual to join our team as a Route Sales & Service Manager for our First Aid & AED maintenance service business. Ideal candidates are hands on, very organized with solid administrative, sales /account management and follow up skills. This is a full-time position working at our local office in the Henderson, NV area and requires some travel.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the overall performance of a team of 35 technicians located throughout the US.
- Growing our onsite service revenue by maintaining existing and acquiring new onsite service business.
- Successful resolution of customer related issues.
- Achieving sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals; managing a budget and dealing with operational issues that affect service.
- Setting up and maintaining inventory systems for our new field technicians. This includes company owned vehicles and systems for employee and contractor's personal vehicles.
- Making sure our route management software has accurate client information.
- Accompanying our service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary, to assist in the pick-up and delivery of products or services.
Job Requirements
- Route Management experience.
- Sales and Account Management experience.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organization and leadership skills
- Strong Problem Solver / Hand On
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills (4 year college preferred)
- Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and technology in general
- Knowledge of AEDs, First Aid and emergency products. Previous CPR Certification.
- Positive, friendly and outgoing
