Agent to add to our amazing Service team

Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound service calls
- Develop pipeline of service opportunity leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Work with service and sales department to increase service traffic
- Stay up to date on active service specials and ongoing Toyota manufacture recalls
- Properly inform and advise customers on what to expect with their service appointments
- Outstanding Customer Service
Qualifications:
- Automotive dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is preferred.
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Solid working knowledge of the Internet
- Maintaining a positive, cando attitude
- High School Diploma or equivalent
