As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Front of the house and back of the house and providing excellent service to our guests. Duties:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area
- Follow proper food safety procedures to ensure safe handling and storage of ingredients
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any questions or concerns
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding food preparation, safety, and cleanliness
-Wait tables and bartend
Skills:
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and order processing
- Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate food preparation and portioning
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Prior experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred but not required
- Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences
