Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year
We are seeking a dynamic, passionate and innovative Senior UI Developer to join our technology team. This is a permanent, full-time position where you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and implementing user interface components for our digital platforms. You will be working closely with our product and design teams to ensure a seamless, visually engaging user experience for our customers. If you have a knack for creating intuitive, user-friendly designs and love working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain robust and user-friendly interfaces for our digital platforms.
2. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and software engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
3. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring application security.
4. Create and implement UI/UX standards and templates that align with our branding guidelines.
5. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the performance of existing UI.
6. Translate complex concepts into user-friendly, intuitive UI components and features.
7. Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including product ideation and definition, UI design, development, and user acceptance testing.
8. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior UI developers.
9. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a UI developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
2. Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
3. Experience with UI/UX design tools and software.
4. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
5. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and process to stakeholders.
6. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues.
8. Familiarity with software development methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
9. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
10. Willingness and ability to work on site in Golden, CO for 2 days per week.
