Cutting-edge electronic tech company is hiring for a Systems Administrator! In this role, you'll provide a range of services such as data backups, restores, system patching, and Antivirus updates, and install and configure software applications. You'll also offer Tier I desktop support and work with cybersecurity professionals to monitor software license expirations and perform asset management tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Windows servers and workstations.
- Administer and support Azure AD and Microsoft O365.
- Provide Tier I support for end-users and troubleshoot system issues.
- Configure and manage DNS and DHCP services.
- Ensure timely patch management and system updates.
- Maintain and manage data centers and cloud infrastructure.
- Configure and manage system settings and configurations.
- Implement and manage Azure Intune for device management.

Job Details
This role offers a dynamic work environment with highly skilled professionals, the opportunity to work closely with different IT departments, and gain hands-on experience with tasks such as Pen Testing and annual IT projects. You'll also have exposure to different aspects of the IT department and cross-collaboration. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience with Windows System Administration, Azure AD, Microsoft O365, Tier I support, DNS, DNS/DHCP, Patch Management, data centers, Cloud, System Configuration, and Azure Intune.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7-10+ years of experience in Windows System Administration and related technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Azure AD and Microsoft O365.
- Experience in providing Tier I support and troubleshooting system issues.
- Strong understanding of DNS and DHCP services.
- Experience in patch management and system updates.
- Knowledge of data centers and cloud infrastructure.
- Proficiency in system configuration and management.
- Experience in implementing and managing Azure Intune for device management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
