Senior SFCC Developer/Contract to hire 

Our client  is seeking Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Senior Developer/ Team Lead who would be responsible for supporting our ecommerce department with new feature development.

Responsibilities:

• Key contributor who will define coding standards, lead best practices for configuration and development of our Salesforce infrastructure
• Responsible for solution design based on product requirements, code reviews and pull requests
• Ensure smooth and efficient website updates including production releases, code changes, and collaborating on new site initiatives
• Collaborate with project team members and key client stakeholders to scope out projects, assist with requirements definition, specifications, vendor selections, design, development, and timelines for key initiatives
• Actively participate in daily project team meetings and brainstorming activities related to the project
• Collaborate with internal teams and technical resources on requirements gathering, issue logging and tracking ongoing maintenance of our ecommerce website
• Field technical requests, assess scope and prioritize action items
• Document all infrastructure processes, technical integrations, and website data flows
• Reviewing code for optimal integration

Desired Skills & Expertise

• 6+ years of overall development experience, 4-year college degree preferred
• 3+ years of Salesforce Commerce Cloud SFRA experience
• An expert in HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery; Agile development experience required
• Experience in code versioning and related tools, such as Bitbucket or Git
• Experience with SFCC Open Commerce API (OCAPI), Storefront APIs, 3rd party integrations, and third-party link cartridges
• Ability to deliver a range of multiple projects with strict timelines, simultaneously
• Understanding of Responsive Design
• Team player with a positive attitude who’s highly organized & detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills
