The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will be embedded in our collaborative Canada go to market team and is tasked with supporting the systems, tools and processes to enable our team to perform in the most effective way possible.The Sales Ops team generates data-driven insights designed to help the business identify opportunities and challenges and to assist decision making. Working closely with the Sales Operations Manager and the wider GTM Operations team, you will operationalise the delivery of the CA strategy.The role will also support the drive to increase Marketing and Sales automation, data integrity, training and sales support.What you’ll do You will be responsible for the implementation of tools, processes and technologies core to our sales teams workflow, optimizing processes and improving the operational rhythm of the sales team.You’ll be the go-to for a range of inbound queries and will be key in the core areas of stakeholder management, CRM administration, sales forecasting, sales compensation and lead management.You will have a focus on continuous improvement and finding new ways to drive efficiency, especially using data.Success looks like Proactive and accurate forecasting of sales metrics and KPI’sManaging internal systems at maximum efficiency and becoming a global leader in processData accuracy in Salesforce and supporting management reportingTimely delivery of relevant and accurate data & insights meeting the needs of the GTM teamContinuous adherence to Data Use and Governance processes and standardsWhat you’ll bring with you 5+ years of sales operations experienceProven record conducting data analysis and providing insights via excel/google sheets or other tools (BI, SQL)Experience supporting a sales team, SaaS business experience is a plusExtensive CRM system experience, Salesforce preferablyExposure to change management principles is a plusDemonstrated initiative and the ability to work autonomously and proactivelyStrong analytical skills and attention to detailEnthusiasm for building strong relationshipsProven ability to communicate and present effectivelyDesire to make an impact by supporting diverse and inclusive teamsWhy Xero?At Xero, we are empowered to bring our ‘whole self’ to work.
