Here's how a(n) Senior Proposals Specialist for our Seattle office contributes to our team:
- Ensures proposal has specific messaging for clients, identifies differentiators and engages the three levels of readership. Uses graphics to improve and enhance content while emphasizing key messages.
- Completes layout and production of proposal material with a professional and brand compliant style, collaborating as needed.
- Evaluates narratives for relevance, comprehension and applicability. Identifies new narrative requirements and the appropriate stakeholders to produce them. Creates new proposal narratives as required and may draft new customized content.
- Accurately proofs, edits, rewords and/or writes text to deliver a high-quality, compliant, error-free submission on time.
- Leads the proposal planning process, including review of client requirements, development of proposal responsibility matrix and content outline and creation of timeline/assignments.
- Schedules and leads the proposal kick-off and subsequent touchpoints and workshops as needed..
- 7 years of progressive experience in a proposal role.
- Superior project management, organizational, and time management skills to effectively establish the priority and scheduling of work tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple proposals, contribute to win strategies and write significant portions of a proposal.
- Superior InDesign layout skills: competent functionality within Adobe Suite of programs (i.e. photoshop, PPT, Illustrator, etc.) with ability to create brand compliant visual content.
- Advanced understanding of government/public procurement processes (Buildings & Civil)
- Understands construction terminology and readily grasps concepts and technical processes.

The salary range for this position is between $94,435 and $122,200 annually based on experience and qualifications.
