Requirements
  • Collaboratively works with technical staff and marketing team to respond to Requests for Qualifications/Letters of Interest and Requests for Proposals.
  • Reviews and interprets solicitation documents.
  • Leads the submittal review process, leads meetings, issues internal / external data calls, and develops schedules and compliance documents.
  • Participates and contributes to pursuit strategy including key messages, win themes, differentiators, team composition.
  • Develops, writes, and formats proposal submittal and interview presentation material content; edits content developed by technical/lead staff. Ensures win themes, differentiators, and overall strategy is reflected throughout the submittal.
  • Develops figures/graphics to support proposal submittal and interview material content.
  • Writes and tailors employee, project, and qualification collateral. Interviews technical staff to obtain information and use information to develop compelling content for marketing collateral.
  • Leads preparation of materials for formal client presentations.
  • Researches and makes recommendations regarding methods for creating proposal materials and presentation materials.
  • Develops and ensures compliance with proposal management documents, including proposal development schedules, outlines, and assignments.
  • Establishes production schedule and expedites various items to ensure completion by the designated due date.
  • Ensures quality control process is followed for all proposal submittals and various collateral.
  • Assists in market research and/or competitive analysis efforts.
  • Highly organized, proactive team player and performs under tight deadlines.
  • Relentless attention to detail, document quality, and pursuit compliance.

Qualifications
  • 5 + years of experience in a marketing role within AEC industry
  • Strong proficiency and experience responding to TxDOT solicitations, including an understanding of the precertification process.
  • Holds knowledge and understanding of AEC industry and associated markets and service lines.
  • Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or related field; strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign document layout and graphics and Microsoft PowerPoint composition and graphics; experience with CRM systems (Deltek Vision preferred).
  • Position will be remote but must reside in Texas.

Work Environment
