Job Title: Sr. Program Manager - Business Transformation
Remote options: Hybrid - 2-3 days/week in office
Salary Target: $125K - $156K (possible stretch)
Who does this position report to?: Director PMO
Will this person be supervising anyone?: No, but could down the road.
Team Size: Small
Technical Must haves:
1. End to end ERP implementation experience (preferably at least 3)
2. Ability to lead and direct an ERP implementation
3. Integrate various departments (finance, supply chain, raw materials, purchasing)
4. Ability to manage up, across and down and with senior leadership
5. Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred, but would consider SAP or Oracle
6. Business Operations experience
7. Knows how to avoid the pitfalls and train wrecks of ERP implementations
8. Experience in or around the product and packaging space would be a big plus
9. Business functional work flow experience
10. Project management experience and ability to work with other project managers
11. Manufacturing and supply chain experience would be a big plus
12. Work within project framework and collaborate. This is not a role to work on an island.
Soft skills: Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills.
Upcoming Projects: Vital 18-24 month ERP implementation to MS Dynamics 365 with room to grow and do a lot beyond the implementation.

Interview process:
1. First Round: Phone screen with recruiter.
2. Second Round: Teams with Director, PMO (hiring manager)
3. Third Round: Teams with Supply Chain Manager and current contractor
4. Onsite Final with Director of Technology/Change Mgmt.
4. Time to Offer Extended: 48 hours
