Eclaro is currently recruiting for a Senior Program Manager, Assessment and Authorization Support, F-22 (Dayton) for one of our clients in Beavercreek, OH.

Potion Overview:
- The applicant shall provide program management support with a minimum of five years of System Security Engineering (SSE) experience in DoD weapon systems in the modernization/sustainment phase and in the preparation and review of System Security Engineering (SSE) packages for the Assessment and Authorization (A&A) of networks, software, and hardware according to the Joint Special
- Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG)
- The applicant shall be a Certified Information Security Manager
- Experience as a network system administrator is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Review and maintain A&A documentation required for compliance with DoD JSIG or other applicable A&A policies
- Support compliance with DoD policies for hardware/software/sanitization/information systems approvals and work closely with approving authorities to ensure packages submitted are complete; and
- Work with Weapon System Prime applicant/Sub applicants to ensure the packages submitted for review and approval are complete and comply with requirements from the approving authority
- The applicant shall be required to work in secure facilities
- When necessary, the applicant shall receive classified information and secure as appropriate
- The applicant may be required to open, close and perform end-of-day security checks of the government facilities IAW USAF requirements
- The applicant may be required to respond to after-hours alarms for secure facilities
Required Skills:
- Possess a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering, or higher and a minimum of 20 years of related experience with a minimum of 5 of those years working in a DoD acquisition program as either a sub-system or system lead engineer within a recognized ACAT I (or equivalent) special access program office
- An ABET accredited engineering degree is required
- At least 2 years of DoD SAP engineering experience must have accrued within the 4 years prior to selection for employment under this contract
- The candidate must have a least five years of electrical engineering / avionics engineering experience.
Salary: 72075.00 - 168179.00 $/Year
