Senior Professional Engineer - (Transportation)

Overview
We are looking for a Senior Engineer, PE to join our growing Transportation Planning and Design team! You will have the opportunity to assist with all aspects of project development and subsequent plan preparation using drafting and engineering design techniques to meet our client needs. Typical projects involve design or redesign
of highways/roadways, interchange design, drainage design, plan reviews, and coordination with public regulatory agencies and utility companies. You will be conscientiously mentored and will gain experience on a vast array of projects; including large-scale roadway design projects and city/township/county projects, offering a wide variety
of scope.
Requirements:
Applicants will possess a BS in Civil Engineering and Ohio PE license. Experience in roadway design and ODOT plan preparation.
Hands-on design and drafting experience using AutoCAD and/or Microstation/Geopak.
Must have a working knowledge in: roadway drainage design and PCSW BMP design, roadway pavement and right-of-way plan design (ODOT), roadway vertical and horizontal geometric design in accordance with ODOT and AASHTO standards, and common constructability issues.
