Must have technical skills/experience:
- Pega- CIM Pega 7.31, OFM 8.5.2 moving to 8.81.
- Informatica 10.5.1
- Oracle/ Linux
- ServiceNow for documentation - can learn
- Complex troubleshooting in a mission critical production environment.
- IT Customer Service/Problem Management Resolution experience.
Flex Skills:
- Mainframe
- Java
- OpenShift
Soft skills that would make a candidate successful in this role:
- Great communication; especially around high-profile incidents; status updates providing ETAs
Degrees or certifications for the candidate to be successful:
- Pega Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required or equivalent work experience.
- 6-8 years' experience required.
